在外企工作，英语＋商管专业，我想和大家分享一下在外企面试的经验，这里主要分享的是英语面试这一部分，包含英文自我介绍这一部分，希望能够帮到刚刚毕业的知乎朋友，以及即将面试的知乎朋友。感兴趣的朋友可以关注我的：外企er 以及微博：外企er英语。
ps：不喜欢challenge任何作者的答案，各自有各自的经验，望理解。不方便透露所在行业因为圈子其实很小，转来转去都是曾经的同事。对于很多声称在外企的朋友是否是真正需要你用英语来工作以及你对接的co worker 是中国人还是外国人，其实所谓的外企和外企是有很大区别的。
1. 清晰的表述
首先要自信并且淡定，面试面试，为什么要见面，就是面试官要看见你的整体，不单单是听你的表述，还要感受你的状态以及精神面貌。所以面试说话的时候谈吐自然，自信，不慌张是基本。我遇见很多朋友，他们说中文的时候语速很正常，但是在说英语的时候不知道为什么语速特别快，可能是因为紧张，也可能是因为不自信，当然还有一种可能是英语太流利。但是要知道语速快并不代表英语好，你说话最基本的是要保证对方能够听清楚，并且听得懂。所以第一重要是表述要清晰，不要慌张，有话好好说。
2.克服紧张
如果你一说英语就紧张，那么你就要多练习，找机会和和比你英语好的人练习，记住一定要找比你英语好的人练习，只有当对方英语比你好，你才会暴露你的紧张，从而学习克服紧张，也只有对方英语比你好才会发现你的错误。然后我悄悄地告诉你，HR的英语或许还没有你好，他们并不是X东方的口语老师也不是雅思考官，所以你放心，只要你稍微花点心思，HR英语面试这关是可以战略性搞定的。不过你只可以在心理上轻视，不可以在准备过程中轻视。
3.自我介绍网上那些经典范文，千万别背了，你能搜到，hr就能搜到，其他候选人也能搜到，但是可以借鉴。那么怎么提前准备一段好的自我介绍呢，这个自我介绍不是演讲，不是脱口秀，更加不是才艺大比拼，它是面试，面试的本质是传递信息并且获得有效的交流。所以你的自我介绍不要有废话，要在你这一分钟或者两分钟内给到面试官足够的信息点。围绕你的简历，让对方在最短的时间里了解你的教育背景，实习经历，工作经验，兴趣爱好，职业规划，性格特征，以及你的优势等等，确保每句话都有信息点而不是晒英语。
4.准确表述如果上面基本的几点你都能够做到，那么接下来如何让对方觉得你的英语还不错呢？注意英语表述中的细节词汇。我举个例子，everyone和every single one，single在这里强调每一个，这个词你认识吧，但是大多数人只会用every， each，而不会用every single。而这个就是英语表述中的细节，这个词并没有多么高大上吧。我再举个例子，我思想开放，我们通畅会说 My mind is open,但是如果用Im open minded 感觉是不是更佳好。总而言之，华丽的辞藻固然高大上，但是简单而又准确的用词更容易让人理解，也更显的平易近人，同时也能让HR
听得懂并获得信息，和你形成交流。
5. 英语发音
和中国人面试发音好听甚至可以弥补词汇量的匮乏，如果你发音很准确，瞬间给人留下深刻印象，至少对我来说是这样。但是发音好不好听，这个还因人而异，所以每个人的喜好不一样这个很难把握，就拿我个人来说，我喜欢英式英语，我有个朋友也喜欢英式英语，于是苦练英腔，其实并不建议，刻意的腔调很容易让人听出来，不过也可能能糊弄过去一些不太懂英语的人，这个因人而异。我更佳喜欢有自己说话腔调然后捎带英式的口音，当然这一条对于很多想要快速搞定英语面试的人可能并不适合。但至少保证你的英语不要说出你的家乡味就好。

02 如何准备自我介绍A.匹配职位关键词

首先，给面试官的整体印象往往决定了英语面试的成败。关键时期就在前几分钟，面试官听你说几段话就基本了解你大概是个怎么样的人了。所以，面试时，尤其是前几分钟，你需要特别注意自己的「声音形象（voice image）」。好的声音形象应该是自然、放松、自信的，语调、语速、
音量的变化和谐。而害羞、不自信、懒散、粗心、傲慢、语速过快、紧张、无趣、犹豫不决，都会给人留下不好的印象。
第二，流利、条理、完整，缺一不可。除了英语流利度、准确度之外，条理性、完整性也很重要。
第三，投其所好。回答问题的内容，要针对公司和岗位进行调整，简单说就是要「投其所好」。还要体现你的价值：你能为公司做什么，带来什么。
第四，散发正能量。要体现积极正面的态度，避免消极。要体现你的好人品，厚道、诚实（比如谈及从上一家离职的原因）。
知道了这 4 点，下面我们就可以来看英语面试通关具体的方法技巧了。我们先来看哪些东西是你在正式面试前可以提前准备的。
二、面试前的准备
第一，了解应聘公司的英文信息。面试前，查查你要应聘公司的网站，特别是英文网站，了解公司信息及文化，特别要仔细阅读公司的英文介绍，获取有关行业术语、专用名词的英文说法，如果公司英文网站有公司的 vision 和 mission,要去仔细阅读和理解，最好能记下来。了解公司领导的简况、性格、风格。
第二，准备好自我介绍和自己的一些小故事。自我介绍是面试里一定会有的内容，可以提前做一下准备，肯定会用上。自我介绍有一些方法套路，我稍候会告诉你。除此之外，你还需要准备一些自己的小故事，特别是成功的故事。这样，在回答问题过程中，就会有很多素材，不会出现无话可说的情形。比如，有个金融专业的学员在面试时，讲述了在某证券公司实习期间，自发设计软件解决了繁琐的统计任务的经历，非常加分。
二、面试中的实战技巧
说完了面试前可以准备的部分，下面我来重点给你讲一下面试过程中的一些实战技巧。我会分自我介绍、回答问题和沟通中的注意事项 3 个部分来说。
1.自我介绍
先看自我介绍。从自我介绍能够看出一个人的整体水平。在行上的学员约见我，第一件事就是「用英语做自我介绍」。我从一个人的自我介绍就能判断他的整体英语水平。
考官会说：Tell me something about yourself./Please introduce yourself.
在回答时你需要注意两点：
DO NOT be fooled by those language schools whose only objective is luring you to follow their accounts and eventually buy their courses...
Just simply think about it: in what kind of interview youd be asked to "introduce yourself in English", and what information would the interviewer expect to learn from your reaction? - Obviously, this is just a BASIC test of English speaking. The point is how well do you speak, but never is what do you say. Remember, this "question"(request, actually) is usually used ONLY for entry-level positions which dont need a lot of English in work. They wont expect you to be really good at English, so dont be too nervous about contents or grammar mistakes. Just speak. You probably dont know that youd beat a certain number of candidates on this test even if you dare to say just several words.
So if youre asked to introduce yourself in English in an interview, the best reaction in my opinion is to speak in English as good as you can - just say something about yourself, like your family, education, hobbies... whatever you prepared, be relaxed and be confident.
Finally, as I said in older posts, you dont need a 100% perfect "walkthough" or "Q&A template" to hide your real skill-level and help you getting the job. No need of disguises. In most cases this kind of masquerade can be easily detected, or maybe you would occationally pass but trust me: finding a job that FITS you is far better than finding a job that youre not competent in.

Hopefully you have created an excellent resume prior to the interview day which highlighted your strengths and accomplishments.The first meeting is a time to present these in verbal form.Although it may seem like repeating yourself, you can not be sure that the interviewer has looked over your document.In some companies, interviewers are so poorly prepared that they only spend 15-30 seconds looking at your background before the session.
Think of yourself as a product you are trying to sell to an employer.The employer has a problem or multiple problems and is looking for someone with good solutions.Since you will likely only have 1-3 minutes to promote yourself as the candidate the employer would be unwise to pass over, be sure to point out unique skills, the accomplishment of rigorous coursework if you are a recent graduate and any tangible, verifiable, worthy achievements in the current or previous workplace(s).And practice, practice, practice your introduction until you can express yourself confidently with no pauses or fumbling.An interview can be stressful for all involved so you want your spoken words to flow smoothly and naturally.This is where a professional interview coach can really add value and lead to a more successful job search.
