From the statistics given in the chart above, we can get an impression that2022-2023most residents in a certain city now are having a healthy life style of taking regular physical exercise. There are several training style included in this chart. The people who like to do exercise alone account for the highest percentage, at about 54.3%. The following is doing sports with friends and with families, occupying 47.7% and 23.9% respectively. In the meantime, the lowest percentage is 15.8%, which represents the people doing exercise in a team.
To make some reasonable clarifications for the phenomenon above, we should consider several facts and reasons.2022-2023To begin with, in the contemporary era, in terms of the increasing pressure in competing with the peers in the same company, young people are deeply aware of the importance of maintaining a sound body, which also gives them more motivation and energy. As for doing exercise alone, it may largely because this way is flexible for people to arrange their exercise time according to their own tempos.In addition, training alone is also a safer way to keep a physically active lifestyle during the special period of global pandemic.
From all the clarifications discussed above, we can discover that2022-2023exercising alone is a perfect way of meeting people’s training needs and keep them away from getting infection during the special condition.
